• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

• Payment is accepted via approved methods indicated on invoice.

• Final payment is due before or on the day of your event.

• All prices are listed in BBD and may change without prior notice.

• If you need to cancel your event, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Free rescheduling is available based on our calendar availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date at no extra cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure a suitable, accessible setup area

• Maintain guest safety and appropriate behavior during the event

5. Liability

Moonlight Movies is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse of equipment or services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if safety concerns arise.
